These products share a single sign-in. Sections that apply to only one of them say so in their heading, and deleting your account affects every app that uses it.

Delete your account and data

Read this first: one account covers several apps

Cinematic Pro, Cineprompter by CinematicPro, Cinematic Pro AI Studio and BadhaiDo share a single sign-in. All four authenticate against the same Firebase project, so there is one account, not one per app.

Deleting it removes your access to all of them, together with the content and subscription records held against it in each. We cannot delete a Cineprompter account while leaving a Cinematic Pro account in place, because no such pair exists. Any earlier version of this page that suggested otherwise was describing something the system does not do.

If you only want to stop using one of the apps, do not delete the account:

• Sign out of the app you are finished with, or uninstall it. Uninstalling Cinematic Pro removes its local editor projects and app-private working media; exported Gallery/Movies files remain until you delete them.
• In Cineprompter you can keep using everything in guest mode with no account at all.
• In AI Studio you can keep using every on-device studio in guest mode.

Cancelling a subscription is also not the same as deleting an account - see below.

What you can delete without touching your account

Your Cineprompter scripts - immediately, yourself

Scripts live only on your device. Delete a script in the app and it is gone. Uninstall Cineprompter and every script goes with it. You do not need an account, and you do not need us - we never had a copy, so there is nothing on our side to remove.

Your Cinematic Pro projects

Local editor projects and app-private working media can be deleted in Cinematic Pro and are removed when you clear app data or uninstall the app. They are not restored after reinstall. Exports saved to Gallery or Movies are separate device files and remain until you delete them. Media intentionally submitted to a cloud AI feature is separate and can be deleted through that feature or the account-deletion process.

Your AI Studio projects and exports

Use Settings > Clear local projects to remove AI Studio's local project copies without deleting your account. Exports already saved to your gallery are separate files; delete them through your device if you no longer want them.

Product-specific analytics and support data

Write to contact@weuinnovations.in and say which product you mean. We can delete:

• the analytics events associated with your use of that product, and
• any support correspondence you have sent us.

This does not require deleting your account.

Deleting the shared account

This is the step that affects every app the account reaches. Do it only if you want to leave all of them.

From inside Cinematic Pro

Cinematic Pro offers account deletion in its settings.

From inside AI Studio

Open Settings > Profile > Delete account and saved projects. AI Studio requires a confirmation, deletes the shared Firebase account and clears its local photo, video and audio project references from that device.

By email

Write to contact@weuinnovations.in from the email address on the account, with the subject Delete my account. Tell us the address you signed in with.

We will confirm before deleting anything, so a mistaken request cannot cost you your account.

Your subscription is separate - cancel it too

Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Google Play and Apple own that relationship, and it will keep billing.

How long it takes

We act within 30 days, usually much sooner. Some records may persist briefly in routine backups before they age out.

If you change your mind

Tell us before we confirm and we will stop. Once the account is deleted it cannot be recovered, and you would need to create a new one - which would again be a single account across every app that uses it.
