These products share a single sign-in. Sections that apply to only one of them say so in their heading, and deleting your account affects every app that uses it.

Terms and Conditions

Applies to Cinematic Pro, Cineprompter by CinematicPro and Cinematic Pro AI Studio, all published by WEU Innovations Pvt Ltd (CIN U62099UP2023PTC180850).

By using any of these products you accept these terms. Where a clause applies to only one product, it says so.

1. One account across our apps

Cinematic Pro, Cineprompter, AI Studio and BadhaiDo share a single sign-in. Creating an account in one creates it for all of them, and deleting it removes your access to all of them. There is no way to hold a separate account for each app.

Your subscription or plan, and the content you create, are held per app. A plan in one is not a plan in another.

Cineprompter and AI Studio's on-device studios can be used without an account. Cinematic Pro requires one.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at contact@weuinnovations.in if you think someone else is using it.

2. Your content is yours

You own everything you write, record, upload or produce in these products. We claim no ownership of your scripts, your videos, your captions or your clips, and we do not use them to train anything of our own.

Cineprompter stores your scripts on your device only. We never receive them, so we could not use them even if we wanted to.

Cinematic Pro receives the media you upload, because it cannot process a video it does not have. It uses that media to produce the result you asked for, using the providers named in the Privacy Policy, and for nothing else.

AI Studio processes the media you choose on your device. It does not upload original media to Firebase, advertising providers or analytics services as part of editing. You decide when to save or share an export.

You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload or read aloud.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use these products to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, to harass anyone, or to produce material that is unlawful where you are. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or misuse the apps, their processing services or their advertising.

We may suspend access that breaches this clause.

4. Plans and payment

Cineprompter - Calm. ₹49 per month or ₹299 per year, the yearly plan discounted. Billing, renewal and refunds are handled by the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store under their terms, not by us. Prices shown in the app come from the store and vary by country and tax.

Calm is not ad-free. It removes the interruptive formats - full-screen ads, rewarded offers and app-open ads - and keeps banner ads on the safe screens. We say so here because describing it as ad-free would be untrue.

Cinematic Pro. Plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Creator) are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay. Because a plan grants its full usage allowance from activation, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started - except for a failed or duplicate charge, which we will investigate and refund. Cancelling stops future billing and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. The Refund and Cancellation policy is the full statement.

5. Advertising - Cineprompter only

Cinematic Pro shows no advertising.

Cineprompter's free plan is supported by advertising. We control where ads may appear and never place them during reading, the countdown, the floating prompt, Picture in Picture, camera transitions, permission flows, sign-in recovery or purchases.

We do not control the content of ads, which is served by Google AdMob. Report an inappropriate ad to contact@weuinnovations.in.

We request non-personalised advertising on every request. We do not control whether Google serves non-personalised or limited ads in a given case; that follows your consent choices, your region and our account configuration. See the Privacy Policy for what that means for device identifiers.

5A. Advertising - AI Studio only

AI Studio's free experience also uses Google AdMob. It may show separated, labelled banners on Photo Studio, Projects and Settings, occasional full-screen ads after a completed save, export or share, and an optional rewarded offer that unlocks Face Restore for 1 hour. Ads are not placed in its editing canvas, processing, comparison, legal, consent, sign-in or account-deletion flows. AI Studio's advertising mode follows the user's region, consent choices and Google's policies as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. The floating prompter - Cineprompter only

On Android this needs the Display over other apps permission and runs a foreground service. On iOS it uses Picture in Picture.

We cannot guarantee that Apple or any Android manufacturer will permit this behaviour indefinitely, and its unavailability on a particular device or OS version is not a defect in the app.

7. Processing results are not guaranteed

Transcription, captioning, reframing, highlight detection and similar automated results are produced by machine learning and will sometimes be wrong. Check anything that matters before you publish it. We do not warrant accuracy.

8. Availability

We provide the apps as they are. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change or be withdrawn. Cinematic Pro depends on servers and third-party providers that can be unavailable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of content you did not keep a copy of. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose - for Cineprompter that means your scripts, which exist only on your device.

10. Ending your use

You may stop using any product at any time. Uninstalling Cineprompter deletes its local scripts. Deleting your account ends access to every app that uses it - see clause 1.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
