These apps share a single sign-in. Sections that apply to only one of them say so in their heading, and deleting your account affects both.
Support, subscription and cancellation
Cinematic Pro and Teleprompter by CinematicPro · WEU Innovations Pvt Ltd
Getting help
Write to contact@weuinnovations.in for anything about either app, your account or a subscription. For a bug, developer@weuinnovations.in reaches the developers directly.
Inside Teleprompter, Contact us, Suggest a feature and Report a problem open your own mail app with the message ready - nothing is sent until you press send.
Teleprompter - Calm
Calm is optional. Teleprompter is fully usable without it.
| Monthly | ₹49 |
| Yearly | ₹299, discounted against monthly |
Purchases are processed by the Google Play Store on Android and the Apple App Store on iOS. We never see or store your payment details.
Calm is not ad-free. It removes full-screen ads, rewarded offers and app-open ads, and keeps banner ads on the home, library and settings screens.
What you get
- No full-screen ads and no rewarded offers.
- Banner ads remain on the safe screens.
- Everything else in the app, which is also available on the free plan.
Cancelling
Two different billing systems. Teleprompter's Calm is billed by the app stores. Cinematic Pro's plans are billed by Razorpay. Cancelling one does not cancel the other, and they are cancelled in different places.
Teleprompter: cancel in the store, not in the app. Neither we nor the app can cancel a store subscription on your behalf - the store owns that billing relationship.
Google Play - open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Teleprompter and cancel.
App Store - open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Teleprompter and cancel.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Calm until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy, because the store took the payment. Request one from Google Play or from Apple. If a store refuses and you believe the charge was wrong, write to contact@weuinnovations.in and we will look at it.
Restoring a purchase
Reinstalled, or on a new device? Use Restore purchases in Teleprompter's settings. It asks the store what you own and restores Calm.
Cinematic Pro
Cinematic Pro has its own plans - Free, Starter, Pro and Creator - billed monthly in advance through Razorpay, not through an app store. They are separate from Teleprompter's Calm, and one does not include the other.
Cancel from within Cinematic Pro. Cancelling stops future billing; your plan and its usage limits stay active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the account reverts to Free.
Refunds. Because a plan grants its full usage allowance from the moment it is activated, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started, including a partly used period. The exception is a failed or duplicate charge - billed twice for the same period, or billed after a successful cancellation - which we will investigate and refund to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
Billing problems: contact@weuinnovations.in with your account email and the date of the charge. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Your account covers more than one app
A subscription is not the same thing as an account. Cancelling Calm does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription - cancel in the store as well, or it keeps billing.
Remember that the account is shared across our apps: deleting it affects all of them together. See Delete your account and data.
