These products share a single sign-in. Sections that apply to only one of them say so in their heading, and deleting your account affects every app that uses it.
Privacy Policy
Applies to Cinematic Pro, Cineprompter by CinematicPro and Cinematic Pro AI Studio, all published by WEU Innovations Pvt Ltd (CIN U62099UP2023PTC180850), an Indian private limited company.
The three products do different things and handle your data differently. Where a section applies to only one of them, it says so in its heading. Where it applies to all of them, it applies to all of them.
One account, several apps
Cinematic Pro, Cineprompter by CinematicPro, Cinematic Pro AI Studio and BadhaiDo share a single sign-in. All four authenticate against the same Google Firebase project, so the account you create in one is the account you use in the others. That is deliberate - you do not need a separate account per app - but it has a consequence worth reading before you act:
Deleting that account deletes it everywhere. There is no Cineprompter-only account, no Cinematic Pro-only account, no AI Studio-only account and no BadhaiDo-only account, so there is no way to delete one while keeping the others. See Retention and deletion below for what you can delete separately.
What is not shared is what you have in each app. Your subscription or plan is recorded per app, and so is the content you upload or create. A plan in one app does not give you a plan in another. This document describes Cinematic Pro, Cineprompter and AI Studio; BadhaiDo has its own product information, and the shared sign-in above is what connects it to this page.
You can use Cineprompter and AI Studio's on-device studios without an account. Signing in is optional in both products and is used only for connected account services.
The short version
- Cineprompter: your scripts stay on your device. They are not uploaded, synced or backed up by us, and we cannot read them.
- Cinematic Pro: your videos are uploaded, because that is how it works. It cannot transcribe, reframe or caption a video it does not have.
- AI Studio: selected photos, videos and audio are processed on your device. Originals are not uploaded to Firebase, advertising providers or analytics services as part of editing.
- We do not sell your personal data, to anyone, ever.
- Signing in is optional in Cineprompter and AI Studio, and required in Cinematic Pro.
That does not mean nothing leaves your device. Sign-in, advertising, analytics and subscriptions all involve services run by Google and Apple. This policy names each one.
What we collect when you sign in - all apps
If you sign in with Google, with Apple, or with your phone number, Firebase Authentication gives us:
- Your name, if the provider supplies it.
- Your email address, or an Apple private relay address if you chose Hide My Email.
- A user ID, which is how your account is recognised.
Sign in with Apple lets you withhold your name and hide your real email. Both are supported, and the app works normally either way.
We do not receive your password. We never see it.
Cinematic Pro - video, photo and audio content
Cinematic Pro sends the media you upload or import to our own servers, where it is processed to produce transcripts, captions, reframed clips, highlights and enhanced audio. Processing uses these third-party providers:
| Provider | What it does |
|---|---|
| Google Gemini | Analysis, titles, tags, highlight detection |
| OpenAI | Transcription and text generation |
| Google Cloud Speech | Speech transcription |
| Unsplash | Stock image search, when you ask for one |
| Anthropic | An optional AI editing assistant, not enabled in the current release |
Uploaded media and the clips generated from it are held in Cloudflare R2 object storage so you can come back to your projects.
Backend errors are reported to Sentry for monitoring. That is diagnostic information about failures, not your media.
You can delete your projects and your account from within Cinematic Pro. See Retention and deletion.
If you choose to connect a social account - Instagram, YouTube or Facebook - that connection is made with your permission through the platform's own OAuth flow. It is used to publish what you ask it to publish, and to read your own channel's performance figures so Cinematic Pro can show you how a post did. The YouTube scopes include analytics access for that reason. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes it.
The Creator Kit and brand inquiries - Cinematic Pro
If you choose to become a Creator in Cinematic Pro, you can publish a Kit
- a page with your rate card, an audience summary and any collaborations and
testimonials you add. That page is public. Anyone with the link can open it without signing in, so treat what you put on it as published, not private.
Two things follow that are worth stating plainly:
- We record the IP address of people who view your Kit, so we can show you a view count. It is stored against the Kit, not against a viewer's account.
- Your Kit carries a contact form. When a brand uses it we collect their name, company, email address and message and pass them to you, so you can reply. If you are the person filling that form in: you are sending your details to the creator whose Kit you are on, and to us as the operator. The form is rate-limited by IP to stop abuse.
Creator and Brand are optional. If you never opt in, none of this applies to you, and there is no Kit to view.
None of this applies to Cineprompter. It has no server and uploads nothing.
Cineprompter - your scripts stay on this device
Scripts, titles, folders, reading positions and prompter settings are stored in a private database inside the app's own storage on your device. There is no sync, no backup to us, and no server that could hold them.
Analytics never receives your script. The analytics layer accepts only a fixed list of event names and a fixed list of values, and it rejects any field whose name looks like content - title, body, text, script, content, filename, transcript. Script text is never transmitted anywhere by this app.
If you delete the app, the scripts go with it. They are not recoverable by us, because we never had them.
AI Studio - your selected media stays on this device
AI Studio's Photo Studio, Ultra HD and Studio Sound tools process the photo, video or audio you explicitly choose on your device. Originals are not changed. Previews, project references and exports remain local unless you choose to save or share an export through the operating system.
AI Studio does not scan your whole media library and does not put media content, local file paths or project text into analytics, advertising or crash reports. Camera, media-library and notification permissions are requested only for the feature that needs them and can be changed in device settings.
The editing engines are local. Firebase is used separately for optional sign-in, feature reliability, crash diagnostics, Remote Config and notifications; Google AdMob is used separately for the advertising described below.
Analytics - Cineprompter only
Cineprompter sends a small, fixed set of Firebase Analytics events so we can tell which features are used: for example that a script was created, that a prompting session started or finished, whether an ad was eligible, whether a reward offer was accepted, and the outcome of a subscription action.
We attach two properties: your plan tier (free or calm) and whether you are a guest or signed in.
We never send your name, email address, phone number, advertising identifier, purchase token, device serial number, or any free text you type. This describes what we transmit to our analytics. Advertising is separate and is covered in the next section.
Cinematic Pro's mobile app ships no analytics SDK at all - no Firebase Analytics, no Crashlytics.
Analytics and diagnostics - AI Studio only
AI Studio uses Firebase Analytics for fixed operational events such as a screen opening, a tool completing, an export outcome, an advertising outcome or a consent outcome. It uses Firebase Crashlytics for sanitized crash and non-fatal diagnostics, Firebase Remote Config for bounded operational settings, and Firebase Cloud Messaging for optional notifications.
These services may process app-instance identifiers, notification tokens, device and OS information, feature-usage labels, timing values and sanitized diagnostics. Our telemetry code excludes selected media, thumbnails, filenames, local paths, project text and raw exception messages.
Advertising - Cineprompter only
Cinematic Pro shows no advertising and contains no advertising SDK. This whole section is about Cineprompter.
Cineprompter's free plan shows ads supplied by Google AdMob (Google LLC).
- Banner ads on the home, library and settings screens.
- Occasional full-screen ads, only after a completed prompting session - never during reading, the countdown, the floating prompt, Picture in Picture, a camera transition, a permission flow, a sign-in problem, or a purchase, and never merely because you saved a script.
- An optional rewarded ad you can choose to watch. It is never required for anything, and declining costs you nothing.
What we ask Google for
Every ad request Cineprompter makes is marked non-personalised. In technical terms the app sets npa=1 on every request to Google AdMob, for banners, full-screen ads and rewarded ads alike. That asks Google not to select ads based on your past behaviour.
We want to be precise about what that does and does not mean, because it is easy to overstate.
It is a request, not a guarantee. Google decides what it serves. Depending on your consent choices, the rules in your region and our AdMob account configuration, Google may serve non-personalised ads or limited ads, which restrict the use of device identifiers further. We do not control which.
Non-personalised does not mean no identifiers. This is the part most often glossed over, so in Google's own words: ads that are not personalised still use cookies or mobile advertising identifiers for frequency capping, aggregated reporting, and to detect fraud and abuse. So an advertising identifier - the IDFA on iOS, the Advertising ID on Android - may be involved in delivering an ad to you, even though it is not being used to profile you.
What we can tell you plainly:
- We never request personalised advertising.
- The app itself never reads your advertising identifier, and never sends it to us or to anyone else. It is not in our analytics, our crash handling or our support emails.
- We do no cross-app or cross-site tracking of our own, and we share nothing with data brokers. This is why the app does not show the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt.
Google also processes technical information needed to deliver and measure an ad, such as approximate location derived from your IP address and general device type. That processing is Google's, under Google's own policies, not ours.
Consent
Where the law requires it, Cineprompter shows Google's User Messaging Platform consent form. No ad request is made until that resolves - not before it, and not while it is loading.
Advertising happens only when the consent platform tells us it is permitted. If it says no, or if it fails, or if it never answers, the app shows no ads at all and everything else keeps working. That is the safe direction and it is the one we default to.
Declining personalisation is not the same as declining advertising. If you decline personalisation in the form, you will normally still see advertising - non-personalised or limited, according to your choices and the rules that apply where you are. An earlier version of this policy said ads were simply not shown in that case. That was wrong, and this paragraph replaces it.
Why the consent form asks about more than we use
If you are shown Google's consent form, you will notice it asks about personalised advertising, a long list of advertising partners, and precise location. That is Google's standard form, and it covers everything the advertising industry's framework can ask for - not a description of what this app does with the answer.
We use Google's standard form deliberately, rather than writing our own, because it is the one Google keeps current as the rules change. But we would rather explain the gap than let you assume the worst:
- Consenting does not switch on personalised advertising here. Every request this app makes is still marked non-personalised, whatever you choose.
- Refusing does not switch advertising off. You will normally still see non-personalised or limited ads.
- The form's breadth reflects the framework, not our intentions.
Some partners may rely on legitimate interest rather than consent for parts of this, which the form lets you object to individually. Those controls are shown, and they work.
You can reopen your choices at any time from Settings.
Advertising - AI Studio only
AI Studio's free experience is supported by Google AdMob. Advertising is kept away from editing and other sensitive flows:
- Anchored adaptive banners may appear only in separated, labelled placements on Photo Studio, Projects and Settings.
- An occasional full-screen ad may appear only after a completed save, export or share transition. It never interrupts editing, processing, before-and-after comparison, sign-in, consent, legal information or account deletion.
- Face Restore may offer an optional rewarded ad for 1 hour of access. The user chooses whether to watch it. If an ad is unavailable, the local feature is not held hostage by the ad network.
Google may process advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, device information, consent choices, ad interactions and fraud-prevention data. The exact advertising mode depends on the user's region, consent choices and Google's policies. AI Studio uses Google's User Messaging Platform before requesting ads where required and exposes Privacy choices in Profile when Google requires that entry point.
The floating prompter - Cineprompter only
On Android, Cineprompter can draw your script over other apps, including the camera. This uses the Display over other apps permission and a foreground service, which is why a notification appears while it runs. The overlay reads nothing from the app underneath it and captures nothing from your screen.
On iOS, the same feature uses Picture in Picture, because iOS does not permit arbitrary overlays. The prompt is drawn as video frames by the app itself. It records no audio and no video, and captures nothing from your screen or camera.
Neither one sends your script anywhere. Both are drawing text you already have.
Subscriptions and payments
Cineprompter - Calm. ₹49 per month or ₹299 per year. Purchases are handled by the Google Play Store on Android and the Apple App Store on iOS. We never see or store your card details. The app keeps a local record of whether your subscription is active so it works offline; that record stays on your device.
Calm is not ad-free. It removes the interruptive formats and keeps banner ads on the safe screens, so subscribing does not end the advertising section above.
Cinematic Pro. Plans are billed monthly in advance and processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your plan and its expiry are recorded against your account so the app knows what you have access to. Full terms are in the Refund and Cancellation policy.
Support messages and diagnostics
When you use Contact us, Suggest a feature or Report a problem in Cineprompter, the app opens your own mail app with the message ready. Nothing is sent until you press send, and nothing is posted to any server of ours. Your name and reply address come from your own mail account.
If you leave Attach device details switched on when reporting a problem, the message includes your app version and build, device manufacturer and model, and OS version. You can see exactly what is attached before sending, and you can switch it off. Your script is never attached.
Messages you send us are received in a mailbox and kept while we deal with them.
Retention and deletion
Read this section together with One account, several apps above.
Your Cineprompter scripts - delete locally, at any time. Delete a script in the app and it is gone from your device. Uninstall Cineprompter and all of them go. You do not need to ask us and you do not need an account, because we never had a copy.
Your Cinematic Pro projects. Uploaded media and generated clips are stored so you can return to your projects. You can delete them from within Cinematic Pro.
Your AI Studio projects and exports. Project references and previews are stored on your device. Use Settings > Clear local projects to remove project copies without deleting your account. Exports saved to your gallery remain there until you delete them through your device.
Deleting your account from Cinematic Pro removes, in one operation, your videos, transcripts, highlights, captions and rendered clips - both the database records and the underlying files in storage - and then the account itself. It is irreversible.
Product-specific analytics and support data. You can ask us to delete the analytics events associated with your use, and any support correspondence, by writing to contact@weuinnovations.in. Tell us which product you mean.
Your account - this affects every app that uses it. Your sign-in is a single Firebase account shared by Cinematic Pro, Cineprompter, AI Studio and BadhaiDo. Deleting it removes your access to all of them, along with the content and subscription records held against it in each. We cannot delete a Cineprompter account and leave a Cinematic Pro account standing, because there is only one account. If you want to stop using one app but keep the others, do not delete the account - sign out, or simply uninstall the app you no longer want. In Cineprompter and AI Studio you can also carry on in guest mode without an account.
To delete the shared account, follow the steps in Delete your account and data, or write to contact@weuinnovations.in from the address on the account.
We keep account records only while the account exists, and support correspondence only while it is needed.
Your choices
- Use Cineprompter and AI Studio's on-device studios without an account.
- Sign out at any time. Your local Cineprompter scripts and AI Studio projects stay until you remove them.
- Change or withdraw advertising consent from Cineprompter's Settings at any time.
- Reopen AI Studio advertising choices from Profile when the regional consent system requires that control.
- Turn off the device details attached to a bug report.
- Remove Cineprompter's interruptive ad formats by subscribing to Calm, which is not ad-free - banners remain.
- Disconnect any social account you connected in Cinematic Pro.
- Delete the shared account, understanding that it applies to every app that uses it.
Our website
cinematicpro.app sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party scripts. The pages, including this one, are served from our own site with our own stylesheet and nothing else. Some pages use your browser's local storage to remember a preference; that stays in your browser.
Security
Sign-in, advertising, analytics and payment traffic uses the encrypted connections provided by Google's and Apple's SDKs. Cineprompter's scripts and AI Studio's selected media are held in each app's private storage, which other apps cannot read on a normal, non-rooted, non-jailbroken device. Cinematic Pro's uploads are held in our storage and are not public.
We should be honest that no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. A device that is rooted, jailbroken, shared or compromised is outside what any app can protect against.
Children
None of these products is directed at children, and none is intended for use by anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to contact@weuinnovations.in and we will delete it.
