Third-Party Assets & Notices
A transparent inventory of important third-party software and bundled creative assets used by Cinematic Pro.
01Software components
| Component | Purpose | License |
|---|---|---|
| whisper.cpp 1.9.1 | Optional local speech recognition | MIT |
| CatBoost 1.2.8 | Personalization model training and inference | Apache-2.0 |
| pyca/cryptography | Bundle signing and verification | Apache-2.0 or BSD-3-Clause |
| flutter_secure_storage | Secure device-held keys | BSD-3-Clause |
| sqflite_sqlcipher | Encrypted device storage | MIT |
Complete license texts and transitive notices are retained with the distributed application and its source inventories. Model weights for local speech recognition are downloaded on demand and verified before use; they are not represented here as bundled source code.
02Bundled audio
Bundled sound effects are derived from official Kenney asset packs. Bundled music is selected from the FreePD catalogue. The production inventory accepts only material identified by those sources as CC0 or public-domain material.
The application retains the provider, source filename, source page, and SHA-256 digest for every transformed audio binary. See the CC0 1.0 Universal deed.
03Fonts
Cinematic Pro includes typefaces used by the interface and creative editor. Each font is distributed with its applicable license notice, including SIL Open Font License, Apache, or the corresponding supplier license. Those notices remain part of the application distribution.
04Online services and stock content
Cinematic Pro may use third-party processing or content services only when a feature requires them, including Google services, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Razorpay, Sentry, and Unsplash. Their trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners. Use of a third-party service does not imply endorsement of Cinematic Pro.
How these providers process customer data is described separately in the Privacy Policy.
05Audience Pulse Anatomy
Skull_Human Skeleton (NIH 3D entry 3DPX-016801, version 2) by My Segmenter, obtained from NIH 3D. Modified for alignment, materials, decimation, and web rendering.
3D Reference Organ for Brain, Male v1.3 by Kristen Browne and Heidi Schlehlein, NIH 3D entry 3DPX-020960. DOI: 10.48539/HBM929.XKCL.339. Modified for alignment, materials, decimation, hemisphere presentation, and web rendering.
The Engagement Brain Map is a non-medical visualization of AI-estimated engagement signals. Its activation zones are explanatory design elements, not anatomical boundaries or measured neural activity. NIH does not endorse Cinematic Pro or Audience Pulse predictions.
Both source assets are used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). The detailed source version, acquisition record, file hash, and modification history are maintained in Cinematic Pro's internal third-party asset register.
